Refund policy

Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns Policy:

All sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products.

Every item undergoes a thorough inspection prior to shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Out-of-Stock Items:
If an item you purchased is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an exchange for another product of your choice. If you decline the exchange, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Requests After Purchase:
Once an order has been placed, refund requests will not be honored. Orders will be processed and shipped regardless of any refund request, except in cases where the item is out of stock. If you purchase multiple items in a single order and one or more items are out of stock, we will offer an exchange or refund only for the out-of-stock item(s), at your discretion. No refunds will be issued for items that are in stock.
