Where are you located?

We are located in Auburn, Maine, USA, but we ship worldwide. We do not have physical store yet. In the meantime, you can purchase our items online or contact us through social media for fastest response.  We will respond as soon as possible.

What is the refund and returns policy?

We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final. This is because we sell custom and made-to-order items that are difficult to resell. We also inspect all products before we ship them, so you can be confident that you are receiving a high-quality product.

How can I try the products before purchasing them?

All items can be tried in our location with an appointment, providing the perfect blend of convenience and assurance. 

Do you provide tailoring services?

Zulaikha's Bridal provides premium quality products that are not sewn. This allows customers to easily customize their gowns and outfits to their desired specifications. Our products are perfect for occasions where unique, tailor-made clothing is desired.

Do you provide custom/pre-orders?

Yes, our designers will work closely with you to capture your desired look with a minimum 2weeks-one month lead time. Please note a deposit is required and no refunds will be given. We ensure the highest quality for your orders. 

What is the shipping/delivery timeframes?

We'll ship your order within 24 hours or even on the same day!

USA & Canada: 2-5 Business days

Australia & Europe: 3-7 Business days

Worldwide: 3-10 Business days

We offer affordable shipping options based on weight and destination. Use our website to easily calculate your shipping cost before placing your order.
