Where are you located?
We are based in Birmingham, Alabama, USA, and offer worldwide shipping. Currently, we do not operate a physical store. In the interim, you can buy our products online or reach out to us via social media for the quickest response. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
What is the refund and returns policy?
All sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. Refund requests will not be honored once an order is placed, and orders will continue to be processed and shipped. The only exception is if an item you ordered is out of stock: You will be contacted and offered an exchange for another product of your choice. If you decline the exchange, a full refund will be issued for the unavailable item. For orders containing multiple items, if one or more items are out of stock, an exchange or refund will apply only to the out-of-stock item(s). No refunds will be issued for items that are in stock.

Do you provide tailoring services?
Zulaikha's Bridal offers high-quality products that are not pre-stitched, enabling customers to effortlessly personalize their gowns and outfits according to their specific preferences. Our offerings are ideal for events where distinctive, custom-made attire is sought.
Do you provide custom/pre-orders?
Certainly, our design team will collaborate closely with you to achieve your preferred aesthetic, with a lead time of at least one to two months. Please be aware that a deposit is necessary, and refunds will not be issued. We are committed to delivering the highest quality for your orders.
What is the shipping/delivery timeframes?
USA & Canada: 2–5 business days
Worldwide: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs:
We offer cost-effective shipping rates based on the weight of your order and destination. Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us with your order invoice and tracking number, and we’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
Customs & Import Duties:
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the laws and regulations of the destination country. We recommend reviewing your local customs policies before placing an order to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Zulaikha’s Bridal is not responsible for paying any customs or tariff fees. These charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
